Before & After: Warehouse Space

This was a space in a part of a warehouse occupied by a catering company. The space needed to be used for administrative purposes, staging and storage. Nothing in this space was purged. Unused vertical space was utilized and the supplies were sorted and categorized for easier finding by staff.

Large desk space with a lot going on. There was actually enough storage space it was just not being used. By fully sorting books and filling up the bookcase and upper cabinet freed up most of the desk space.

In this era there was just a bunch of stuff that needed to be relocated. to the left are large wooden shelves. after rearranging the shelves most of this found homes in that area.

In this area we rearranges furniture to provide more space to take things in and out. The open white cabinet was moved to the other side of the couch, table turned around and under table used for some large item storage.

The large storage area shows how important sorting is. There were a lot of the same things in different places. Once we captured it all and sorted it was easy to see and store the available supplies.

This was a fun space because as an organizer it involved so many different items and techniques. Some areas were easy, no brainers and others required a lot of trial and error to figure out what was best. Overall myself and the client were happy with the finished project.
